If you are a student, parent, teacher, employee, or other user of a school that uses Nexus School ERP, your school may be the primary organization responsible for your personal information. Questions about school-specific data practices may therefore need to be directed to your school.

We do not knowingly sell children's personal information.

Nexus ERP does not independently determine a student's medical treatment or provide medical advice.

Where biometric information is integrated with Nexus School ERP:

Nexus ERP does not require biometric information unless the relevant feature or integration is specifically enabled.

However, because schools, teachers, administrators, parents, students, and other authorized users may enter or modify information, the school and authorized users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the system is accurate and current.
